BEWARE BILLING SUPPORT!!!!
It has been over 3 months since I was billed $498 for a $10 balance. I have been fighting with billing support since then.
After a month of arguing a refund was "initiated" on 7/13. Since then I have been told no less than six times that the issue was just "escalated". They have told me to submit the same form several times.
Today the called an told me the only way to receive a refund is to close my advertising account. It what world does a business require you to close your account to get a refund for money the wrongly debited?
I am sickened by these dishonest practices.
Luckily on the last call the agent told me "this call may be recorded". I took that as permission.

That sounds like a horrible experience. You should have been told all of this when you first requested a refund.
I hope this gets resolved soon.
