I lost two hours of time yesterday in chat with 'Juhi' trying to find the metrics in why my billing has doubled in the past month. I kept getting the same canned responses. When they told me"

We are available from from 10 am EST and please be rest assured I will be arranging a call from the best specialist in AdWords" I was relieved to end the chat but frustrated because my question remained unanswered. I have asked many times in the past if I can PAY MORE for Canadian or American support and the answer is a resounding NO. Is there really nothing that can be done about the lack of empathy and true support from the Indians? As a paying community who helped get Google to where they are today, giving away internet to developing countries on the backs of our bucks, do we really have a voice other than to say I quit?

I don't know about that because the person wouldn't show me anything and no one ever called me back today as promised. They have raised my billing in the past before w/o me raising my budget. Very poor support.

Billing is the process by which you pay for the advertising. How much you are actually billed and how depends on the account level billing settings.

 

Daily budget is set at the campaign level. This is how much average daily budget you may spend up to in a 30 day period. 

 

Bids are set at the adgroup level. There are different bidding methods available, including automatic bidding. This determines your actual cost per click.

 

So, what has actually increased - The billed advertising costs, the average daily budget, or the average cost per click?

I think you are missing the point! Are we, as paying advertisers not allowed to have any support other than Indian support? If this is the case, WHY?

I'm not thrilled with Google support most of the time either. That's why I and so many others come here to ask help from our peers in the industry. I have tried to help, but if you don't want to educate yourself, then I'm not going to engage any further.

How do we escalate this issue? It's so hard to give feedback when they reply thru email. My plan is to call a US call support and ask for a manager.
