Adwords refund problem after suspension for "suspicious behavior in the payment activity"

Hello,

 

My account has been suspeneded for "suspicious behavior in the payment activity", since then I tryed to retreive access to my account but no success.
Then on March 23rd, I requested a refund and closed the account, I immidiately received an email from billing-noreply@google.com containing:

"We owe you a refund.
Hello from Google,

We're letting you know that your AdWords YYY-YYY-YYYY account was recently cancelled, which means you're due a refund:
Approximately Y to your YYYY within one week."

No communication since then and no refund issued either.

 

Now I cannot log in to the adwords account (whenever I try to login it redirects me to creating a new account). So I used the "I lost my login information" form (https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/login), but no success as I receive this autoreply: "Thank you for writing in. While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts."

 

I hope someone from this forum can help me.

The issue with that is whenever I try to contact AdWords support I get the same reply: "Thank you for writing in. While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts."

Any other ideas?
