I have tried to run this ad many times, but I get this same response of : "An error has occurred", and cannot continue. I am 99% sure I have done every step correctly.

the message not only shows in this specific section, also others.

Hi @Mike C,

The system will throw that error when something is wrong with the ad copy. Try removing the ? and ! from each line and saving the ad. This will help verify if the punctuation is the cause, which I think it is. Take a look at this info and read more about punctuation and ad copy.  Basically, we get one ! for the entire ad copy... and none in the title.

Kind Regards,

James

I watched the video before, and I completely forgot that "!" is not allowed.
However "?" is allowed, so I thought both were okay.
Anyways, I appreciate your answer! It worked!
What a dumb mistake.

Hi @Mike C,

You are very welcome.

We all do these mishaps from time to time, so you're not alone.

All the Best,

James
