Adwords account suspended for payment activity

Hi,

My adwords account just got suspended for the following reasons:

Your account is suspended - We've identified suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorised activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts.

Your account is suspended because your billing information can't be verified.

Yet, this is my own company, my name on the credit card, everything as legitimate as it can be. Yet, I can't even send an email to support anymore or access chat. Can anybody please help. I can show any proof possible, that I'm real and this is my real account! Any suggestions, how to approach this? Thank you.

Hi Jevgeni,
You should always have access to email support for AdWords. Please use this link: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/8206?rd=1#contact=1

I have the exact same issue for the account I have rarely used. I opened my account many years ago simply because I was given some ad grants by Google. I have received the same message as Jevgeni and the worst part is this is what I got as a response:

"Hi Advertiser,

Thanks for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Google AdWords Team"

What I don't understand is that how come I could have violated any terms if I have never used the account properly? If so, how can Google not explain why they suspended it?

Not only this situation doesn't make any sense but it is also a horrible service to your long time users.

With this monopolistic attitude you are just encouraging people to look for alternatives and even we may have made any mistakes unknowingly, I think we still deserve a proper explanation...

@Yucel M

If you have not made changes to your account in a long time but you are now experiencing "policy violation" issues then I would go through the change history of your AdWords account and see what has changed and who changed it.

If changes are listed as being made under your account but those changes were not made by you then it is likely that your account was compromised and you will want to take issues to secure your Google account.

No I haven't made any changes. The funny thing is I have barely used that account because I simply did not need to run any ads. I need to at least find out what caused this suspension. Google just told me that they have suspended my account and the decision is final. That is just plain nonsense IMHO. It is like getting a parking ticket without police explaining to you where you mis-parked your car. There must be somebody who could tell me what I did wrong.

So just to update on the situation. My account was rereviewed and permanently suspended, no explanation, "please don't contact us every again". I have used my own company, my own name on the card, never had a previous "bad account". I am shocked and have this situation. What suspicious payment activity? I didn't even use a coupon. So strange and unpleasant...
