Adwords Account Suspension -- I need your help :-)

Hey Gang!

 

I've been clicking around this community the last couple weeks without much commenting.  I love how helpful and supportive everyone seems to be as we all come across issues from time to time.

 

Alas, I'm also have an issue with suspension that I can't seem to solve on my own. 

 

Here we go!

 

Here is the initial response from the Google team:

Hi ,
Thank you for writing in. While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts.

For information on the terms associated with AdWords account use, please review our Terms and Conditions athttps://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder

If you believe that you meet all of our Terms and Conditions and would like to appeal the suspension of your account, please fill in the following form:
https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/pf_suspended

 

I continued to ask what might be the problem, and here was the next response:

 

Thanks for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

 

 

Unfortunately, I can't find where I may have violated the terms and conditions.  We operate a clean, real business, and I would love one of your gurus to chime in with any constructive feedback that may help my situation.

Please refrain from multiple posts about the same topic. You have already posted in a different thread and we are waiting for a reply from Google. This could take a while.

Multiple posts on the same topic could be confusing and might "intercept" each other,  especially in cases escalated to Google.

Please ask any follow up in the original thread.

I apologize.  After speaking with Trevor, he advised that we approach the situation a bit more constructively.

 

I completely agreed and decided to write a fresh post that didn't have such a frustrated tone.

After posting my earlier reply I checked again. I see that an action item is still open with Google.
We'll have to wait. A reply will be posted in the original thread.

Hi Forrest,

I worked with many Google support teams. many of them are not good to help you. They just reply with canned messages. I advice you to call Google support team and ask him verbally what is the solution.
If your account is permanently suspended, I am in doubt to re-use that domain in Google Adwords.

I appreciate your reply. Unfortunately, I've called Adwords support daily for 2 weeks now, amd even verbally.. I receive canned answers.

It would be a shame if my website is banned from Adwords permanently. As I said, we're a real business. I don't know what else I need to do to prove that :-/

Moshe is taking a look at the situation. I'm hopeful he'll be able to remedy the situation.
