AdWords account suspended

I am getting the following error in our AdWords account

 

"Your account is suspended - We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts."

 

  1. I tried filing an appeal and I am getting an automated reply that the account can't be reinstated.
  2. I tried talking to their customer care over the phone. They couldn't help.
  3. I tried to fix through their help chat. They were not able to help either.

The customer care says that there has been a policy violation and has no more information beyond that. I have no clue about what policy is being violated here and how to rectify them. How should I proceed here?

Kindly check again your email as the reason was mentioned in the initial email sent.

 

This is the way to troubleshoot your issue. Once your account is suspended, it can only be lifted by fixing the problem.

Thanks for your reply.

 

There was no email from Google's end about the policy violation. I got an automated email after filing the appeal. The information in the automated mail doesn't help much. I have no idea why Google is suspending our account.

These are the replies I got from Google.

 

Dear Advertiser,

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords account.

We’d like to let you know that your account is currently under review and we’re prioritizing this over other issues you may have written to us about. Our Specialists already know about this issue, and an investigation is underway. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information. We'll send you an update after the investigation is complete, typically within three business days. 

Once we provide you with an update, please feel free to reply to this email if you have any questions regarding your AdWords account or contact us through http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/request.py

Dear advertiser,

Thanks for your continued patience during this process. We’ve confirmed that your account is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Sorry to say Pravin....but Google is strict with his policies and so that your account cannot be reinstated.
