AdWords Manager Account - I have notifications but I can't see the detail

We have an AdWords Manager Account with a few dozen client accounts in it. 

 

Recently we've experienced a problem with the Notifications - I can see that my account has notifications e.g. "Add or update payment method in 2 accounts" but when I click to View the detail of the notification (importantly, which accounts are affected), the Notifications panel is empty with the filter applied. If I remove the filter, it still doesn't show any notifications.

 

I can view notifications individually ONLY if I access each account in turn to work out what notifications affect that particular account - time consuming and annoying!

 

Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug?

Try clearing cache and cookies
