AdWords Account and Manager Account with G Suite

Hi AdWords Community,

In the past, we used all Google products, including AdWords, normally. We used our "info" mail for all products such as AdWords, YouTube etc. Two months ago we transferred our domain to G Suite. Normally, to use emails such as "info" or "support", we had to set up groups.

The first problem occurred when all services, not part of G Suite, suddenly had a conflict with our info email. We are still trying to fix that. Based on suggestions from the G Suite support team, we had to create a new gmail account to replace the info email. I also transferred the ownership of all accounts from the info email to my business email.

Now, I also cannot open an AdWords Manager Account. If I want to create one with our info email, it says that the provided email does not exist (again, we created a group email). And if I want to create it with my own business email, I can't because, of course, I'm already using it from when I transferred the info AdWords account to my business email.

Is there a solution to our problem? What's the best fix?

Thanks!

Unless you are a super admin on Gsuite, the best would be to keep the AdWords  admin access on a Gmail account separate from the restrictions and access limits the organization set on G suite accounts.

AdWords should have only one admin, if accounts typically have several users with access, Not recommended.

I am a super admin, but I don't see how this affects my problem? For now, what I've done is opened a separate Gmail account, opened a Manager Account and gave myself admin permissions to it. Although it now works OK, I think this decreases the value of having gsuite in the first place. And constant messages from Gsuite support staff "we don't really give support for AdWords youtube, etc."... I don't really care if Gsuite staff doesn't give support—then connect me with someone at Google who does. These are all Google services and almost every business uses them. As a paying customer, I expect to get help when I encounter an issue that affects my business.

@Zoran B;

Google is a big company with many products, operating globally.  Every product has its dedicated  support channels.  The products themselves are quite complex. So you can't have a G-suite specialist supports and troubleshoot  aslo AdWords account set up.  For AdWords, you should contact AdWords, and for G-suite core products you should contact G-suite. I do it myself and always receive a professional service, as long as I contact  the right / suitable  support  team.

I get that. I tried contacting AdWords support, but unfortunately, they don't offer full support in my country (Slovenia—EU)...
