AdWords Account Manager Log In Issue

Hi, I created an AdWords Manager account, however, when I try to log in I am stuck in some sort of loop error. The page displays an error saying "JavaScript is required to access AdWords. Our system has detected that your browser does not have JavaScript enabled. To enable JavaScript, we suggest that you either download a newer browser version or edit your browser preferences so that you can view all Google AdWords pages." However, I have verified that JavaScript is enabled and my browser is up to date. This error appears and the page then immediately reloads and displays the error again, reloads, error, etc. Unless I stop the page from loading it just continues in a loop.Thanks for your help.
