Ad not running due to disapproval - Customer ID: 995-477-1345

Hi, I see a message saying "Your promotion is not running because your ad was disapproved. - Disapproval reason: Destination not working. "

The destination is obviously my website http://www.shirazroy.com/ and it IS working.

I have advertised with you before and never had this issue in the past.

So why is it happening now?

I just want my ad to run as I have already made a payment!

I looked into your help and support sections and tried to fix this but couldn't. When I log in to my account and click "Ads" there are no ads showing.

What's going on?

Your site has to be accessible from all locations and devices. Verify with your webmaster that the site is accessible.

Yes, I saw that mentioned in the help section before and the site is accessible from all devices. had that checked already but thanks for replying.
