This is the message i got from Adwords, My ads are continually getting disapproved, please how can I resolve this.

Did you try contacting the AdWords support on this issue? There might be a possibility that you are using some unsupported symbols due to which the ads are getting disapproved repeatedly. It doesn't look like any local Nigerian languages are available unfortunately, you can see the list of 44 available languages here. I understand it won't likely have as much of an impact but could you use English ads instead?
