Hello,

This is our first time using AdWords and unfortunately have had our Ad disapproved:

Site suspended- Site Policy: Website Cant be advertised
Site policies - Site not working

Our website display is www.nrth.ca and our landing page is also https://www.nrth.ca. If anyone has a better idea of why we are disapproved, would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Hi there;

Briefly looking at this website, it has several violations, and there are probably several more: (which a more  in-depth review would find, but this is beyond the time we can allocate here))

There is a pop up on the landing page, no clear privacy policy, no brick and mortar address or physical contact....

What pages are you using as landing pages? Are the landing pages relevant to the ads you are using? Are you using a brand name in your ads? if yes, is it your brand?

Take a look here: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6008942?hl=en#ed

The suspension for "Site not working" means that the site wasn't visible to Google's bots at the time of the suspension.

It does not refer to the current state of your site.

To fix this, contact AdWords Support and tell them your site is now working. The easiest way is to use this form:
https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/site_policy

Or you could call AdWords Support if you want this resolved quickly.

@RobSkelton;

Site not working is a general term when there are several violations on the site. This site is accessible. This is not the issue here.

Every time I have resolved a site not working suspension with Google, the problem was that the site previously wasn't working - either actually, or just not for Google's bots.

If the problem was that the site was not visible to Google's bots at some stage, the fact that the site is now working won't remove the suspension unless Google is informed.
