 Account suspended permanently without clarification.

 

I just had a talk with merchant specialist and what I got from them is nothing. After wasting 40 min with them I simply got we will get back to you 

My client site http://lightsdaddy.com/ got suspended due to policy violation (don't know which policy, no Email in Inbox ) all they said is " It has come to our attention that your Merchant Center account (website, ID: ) does not comply with our Google Shopping Policies available athttp://www.google.com/merchants/policies.html "

 

We need help regarding this issues, Is there any ways to resolve this?

for product-listing-ads, pop-ups are not allowed
on any landing-pages -- regardless of https and
regardless of any user-data-collection policies.

user data-collection must be https secure --
regardless of the pop-up or related policies.

 

any copyrighted content or sites that offer

no or little unique value are not allowed.

I can see two issues that are mentioned on the policies page:

The home page pop-up asking people to register without https - Google says that is irresponsible data collection and use

And using scraped descriptions from Amazon. Google restricts the promotion of copyrighted content.

The goal of your site is to collect personal info. This business model is not allowed.

Remove the pop-up and allow user to browse the site, Registration is required only if a user is intended to purchase.

Thank you for the quick response, Your suggestion is in progress, but what are the next steps after this. how can I reactivate my account?

simply fix the issues and then contact google --
https://support.google.com/merchants/contactflow

there may be past disapprovals that triggered the suspension --
in addition to the popup or any previously mentioned issues;
those issues should also be fixed before contacting google.

check past disapproval messages -- too many disapprovals
that were not properly fixed, too frequent disapprovals, or
any one, single, serious disapproval issue, may trigger a
permanent suspension.

suspensions can be triggered by issues with the business,
business-model, business-processes, product supply-chain,
physical inventory, website, e-commerce, product images,
submitted data, or some combination of these.

normally, if there is any chance that a suspended account may be
reinstated then, there will be an email from google explaining the
steps to take and how to respond -- if so, those steps should be
followed -- google typically gives 7-days to fix all the issues and
respond to their email.

google typically takes about 5-days or so to review fixes;
after the fixes have been reviewed then, google will reply
indicating that the account has been reinstated, or simply
that the account (still) violates the policies -- therefore,
the merchant will remain suspended.

if the suspension is permanent and nothing can be done then,
there will usually be no further clarification and no next-steps,
in any of google's suspension or related emails.

Thanks, on the last point, if the suspension is permanent and we have corrected our given errors then, Is it possible google can revoke our suspension ??
