Account suspension due to Payment fraud

I have made a new adword account. As soon as added a fresh new billing address , which is never used on adwords before , after few hours i receive a message about suspension because billing issues.

 

My billing details are genuine , my payment method is correct. Called the bank as well  they are saying all is okay from their end.

 

So, please tell me about this issue , how can i got suspended on new billing details which is never used on google adwords. Also, if campaign is just started to run with few clicks as well , suddenly this payment fraud happpens. 

 

I am unable to understand this issue. filled up relevant form as well but received again same suspension email from adwords.

 

 

Please help.

" ... adwords gives the right to advertiser to every one ... "

 

That right may be cancelled or suspended. Look at this excerpt from T&C.

 

"Google may suspend Customer’s ability to participate in the Programs at any time, for example, in the event of payment issues, suspected or actual violations of the Policies or these Terms or for legal reasons. In all cases, the running of any Customer campaigns after termination is in Google’s sole discretion."

That's the right way to call someone: @MosheTLV

 

If some data somehow associated with you were captured in the past, my best guess is you'll never be able to get rid of the flag. Details are usually not disclosed so as to avoid educating those who were involved in suspicious payment activities.

Actually, i have checked card holder details as well, This card holder has
never used his payment information before for any kind of advertising
medium. Infect , for any kind of eCommerce shopping.

Kindly help me further , what exactly caused suspension for this payment
fraud & please explain what payment fraud meant here,

Because for new payment information never used any where before , no issues
from the bank as well & as soon as billing got attached , verification
amount also got deducted , but after few hours account got suspended .

As adwords gives the right to advertiser to every one , but this case it does'nt seems so , as nobody is helping us. 

 

What can we do if we have tried 100% from our end to be fair & still got suspended with out giving any explained reason & more to that we are also bound to never made any further account because it will be subjected to same suspension.

 

What we can do in this case? Please any body could help?

 

How can some one be banned forever from adwords with out comitting any kind of violation? This is totally unfair as i have explained already about payment details used with account which were never used before on any other advertising medium even not for e commerce shopping.

Hi @AISHA A Has the problemed be solved, we just got the same, exactly.

I can't believe it, and the case is the no one answers the question.

Our account just created, and hours later be suspended, we can't do anything. Our payment method is manual payment, we don't even need to input any bank information, while we were preparing to pay, but got suspended, the flag is-Your account is suspended - We've identified suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorised activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts. Learn more.

 

 

Google support team only reply auto mail, if you call, they will ask you send mail, if you send mail only machine reeply.

so disappointed.

Appreciate if anyone can help me out.
