Account suspended

Hi,

 

We received this message below:

 

"We see that you requested a chargeback for your AdWords costs, so we've temporarily suspended your AdWords account. To reactivate your account, please pay your balance."

 

I paid the outstanding balance for my Google Adwords and my account is still suspended. I tried calling but got no help from the support staff. Can you please let me know what my next steps are to activate our Google Adwords account.

I'm on the fix suspended account support page:

It tells me to "pay your balance on your main billing page. (Which we did)
And then number 2. Contact us let us know that you've paid.

1. When I tried calling they referred me to the support page.
2. Tried hitting chat- nothing happen
3. no email address. gives me choices that are not related to billing
4. Connect with social media- not sure how that helps.
5. Ask experts- i'm on the community page

How do I contact support if none of the options they give me work.

Please advise, thanks!

We cannot help with billing issues. Only support has access to billing records. If you paid the outstanding balance, and yet the account is suspended, there could be another violation;
Contact support to verify what was the violation which triggered  the suspension.

Click on "contact us" at the top of the page and CALL on Monday to the number shown.
Only support can help with billing issues.

Keep away from Adwords they have to much power
