My account was suspended, and this was the email I received.

I am having trouble with fixing my account. I sent a email to support, but I keep getting a system-generated reply.

I did request a appeal, but the reply is again the exact same system-generated email.

Any idea how I can fix it?

Honestly, I am not sure about where you submitted the appeal, given you got the same answer. Step 3 in the help page linked-to below has a link to the right appeals form.
