Account Restoration

Good morning Google!

My current account was suspended due to me not understanding how the system works some time ago. I was wanting to know what I could do to properly fix the issue and re-open my account. I tried calling Customer support, however the automated message tells me I have to e-mail support (which is odd to me in my opinion). When I go to support (https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/8206?rd=1#contact=1) and click the link to email Adwords Support, the site simply refreshes the page with no other options!

Is there a way I can get some help on this matter? I really would like to get this fixed or at least create a new Adwords account if possible! I do not like getting the run around and I am honestly frustrated with this matter!

Thank you in advance for the help!

Lawrence "L.G." Gilmer

Hi Lawrence,

You can re-activate your cancelled account: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375392/?hl=en
Or if you are still not sure about why your account has been suspended, do read this article to know more: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375414?hl=en&ref_topic=3121946

Hope this helps. Smiley Happy
