hi,
I posted one ad about wow gold sell, has the ad status limited. A similar ad that I made seemed perfectly fine.
could you please tell which word is violating the google ad policy?

Hi Patricia,

To know the exact reason of your Approved(Limited) status, you need to select the "Policy Details" column in your campaign.

Here is the link to know more about the possible reasons:

Hope it helps !!

Hi Patricia,

It is also the word *best*.

Superlatives and comparatives including statements like "best," "#1," "better than," "faster than," or any other equivalent claims are not allowed when they represent unsupported competitive claims.

Hi Lakatos,

Agree with you over the use of unsupported superlatives, but won't it lead to disapproval of the ad. Here the ad-status is Approved(Limited) which means it can appear in some conditions Smiley Happy

Hi Deepak,

Yeah, you are correct. However, the superlative should be fixed anyway.

When it comes to Approved(Limited) status, there may be additional reasons, of course. Based on the ad copy text posted above my best guess is that the campaign is targeted at multiple jurisdictions and gold trading may be limited in one of them. Else you may want to have a look at this page:

Hi,
Completely agreed with Lakatos. My ads disapproved in past when I used 'Best UK supplier' in ad copy.

"Superlatives and comparatives including statements like "best," "#1," "better than," "faster than," or any other equivalent claims are not allowed when they represent unsupported competitive claims. "

Thanks
