My web site has been suspended about three weeks ago from advertising with Adwords, and I have made all the changes that were specifically requested by the specialist team (Ms. Reem and Mr. Adam on multiple phone calls and 20+ mails) under their direct supervision, but they stopped answering my mails after I did all the changes they required!! 

 

I've sent multiple requests and mails to undo the suspension of my site but I received no answer or irrelevant answers! 

 

I managed to contact you (through online chat with Mr./Ms. Avin) but again I received inappropriate treatment and the chat was indecently ended by the operator!!  

I was told that despite I made All the required changes, and despite my website doesn’t contain any non-family safe contents, the specialist team doesn’t accept my website and the will “NEVER” do !!

 

I can provide you with the mails and the chat with the Adwords support (which I'm sure you have access to).

 

Would you please carefully investigate my case and solve it because my case is truly fair and I was clearly subject to unlogic, unfair, and totally inappropriate treatment from your side?

Hello there;

As I mentioned in my other reply, there is nothing much which we can help with. 

This forum is a peer-to-peer forum of advertisers. We are not Google. To reach Google policy team  about  the specifics of your case, use the link provided in the email sent by Google.

If Google does not reply further to communications - this means that the case is closed,  and the account remains suspended.

And if the Google Adwords team is unfair and the suspension is unexplained isn't there a way to escalate the case to higher level or a legal department or something?

Nope. If the case was reviewed several times, this means that  senior specilaited re-checked the case, and the decision is final and cannot be appealed again.

very strange indeed!

First you say you are not google and you are volunteer group, then you speak on behalf of google and say "We can't help you anymore"!!

Don't Goggle managers have anything to do with this forum?!

What is the job of Ms. Cassie H then??!

Very strange also that you don't consider at all that Adwords and their specialists can ever be wrong!!

Have you read the details of my complaint?

I'm telling you that Google specialists themselves asked me to do specific steps to undo the suspension of my site, and after I did those steps under their close supervision they stopped replying and didn't undo the suspension!!  ,  and then the support chat personnel told me that they will "NEVER" accept my site!!!

How could you see nothing wrong with that??! specially the last statement of "Never"!!

Isn't it the right of the advertiser to have his/her site working as long as it is complying with ADwords policy?!

Very strange attitude indeed from a top contributor in a community that is supposed to help its members to solve their problems; specially the unexplained problems like mine!
