tech support industry beware of google adwords its a big scam

Tech Support Industry Should Bio-cat Google Adwords.

Google is suspending tech support accounts. But only for small companies not for big companies. they are not even sharing the reason behind suspension and never offer any time to rectify the issues. All hard work that they are doing is just to keep low competition for their capital companies. Only companies funded by google can show their ads now.

Google has forgotten those days when their executives use to run behind companies for 2000 rs and nobody was ready to give them that small amount. on that time it was tech support industry who paid them and helped them to form a reputed business in india. Still 60% of google india earning comes from tech support industry.

google has suspended small tech support companies accounts without any reason. they are creating more revenue generating resources for their funded scam "Iyogi" as its going in loss from last 2 quarters.

They are closing small accounts and stating that they have violated some add policies and never exlains you which policy as they themselves dont know. Google is playing a very unfair game with small tech support companies.

Puneet,

Here's the link that details information on Adwords Trademark policy.  Please note below who can file a complaint on a trademark violation:

  • Owners: You can file a trademark complaint with Google if you own trademark rights to the term in question within the country in question. We normally accept trademark complaints from the headquarters of the registered trademark owner, the owner's authorized agents, the owner's legal counsel, or an agency acting as the first point of contact.
  • Other parties: For any other party to file a complaint, the trademark owner needs to send written approval to ads-trademarks@google.com verifying that the specific entity is "authorized to act on our behalf with respect to Google AdWords trademark matters." Once the trademark owner sends this authorization, the party will be able to submit trademark complaints on behalf of the trademark owner. This process applies to parties such as subsidiaries, regional branches, dealerships, franchises, or any other entity besides the headquarters of the trademark owner listed on the trademark registration.
  • Trademark owners do not need to be AdWords advertisers to submit a complaint.

How to file a complaint

Before you file a complaint, it's very important that you read all of the information above and in the trademark policy.

Once you've read all the associated information and have confirmed that you are eligible to submit a complaint, please fill out this trademark complaint form

Note that we may share your contact email address to advertisers who inquire about authorization for your trademark. Therefore, when you're completing the complaint form, please enter an email address that will be appropriate for such requests.

Hi All,

Here's an update from the AdWords policy team:

We have longstanding policies against ads, websites, and businesses that appear to be generally deceptive or misleading to our users. The primary concern of this space is our user’s safety. Per the User Safety Policy, we we do not allow businesses that we feel may pose a harm to our users.

We take many factors into consideration when assessing User Safety compliance. Our review is extensive and we cover a number of areas to ensure we are reaching an accurate conclusion. In many cases these issues are not fixable, as the fundamentals of the business itself is the primary concern. As always, you can contact support via email or submit a suspension appeal here.

Thanks,

Mini

Hello;

Let's  make it clear; Google does NOT discriminate between advertisers. In terms of the Policy : All  advertisers are equal.

I have reviewed dozens, if not hundreds of cases, of  tech support sites suspended. (There is a flood in those...). All these cases are publicly available in this community. (Run a search for "tech support suspended")  - There was no single case of a suspension that was not justified.

Ok then in a first place why Google approve the ads and website & then suspend the account
and its for sure if their are people who are violating the policies intimate them first instead of suspending their accounts may be Google doesn't care for other's or being mean because they have Iyogi with them and its true that Google did not suspend their accounts because they are spending in Millions on ad word. and its a statement given by an Iyogi employee who is in higher management " That our Google account will never be suspended because we spend millions on adword in a day" which means Google is a cheater and and playing all games and its India we are true Indian's and don't believe on others untill we see proofs you are saying Google doesn't discriminate between advertisers so what is that Iyogi does show their Toll Free No. in ads does any one have the answer to it why because Iyogi is doing all such things.

Hi Gaurav K Smiley Happy.
According to your posts, you decided to make a protest to Google which is a risky thing to do since Google is a worldwide company. I have seen a post that Google suspended an account and the policy team has directly point out the reason for suspension although the owner had to make numerous calls to Google support. Eventually, his account has been lifted from being suspended. So, I would recommend that you post your URL here as Mini replied to your post. Maybe she will escalate the issues directly to the policy team.

Thank you Smiley Happy
