review for exact time every day

I am facing very unusual problem with my goole adword. My adword account working perfectly fine in during morning and and night. however between 11est till 7 est its under review. Apart from 11pm EST to 7 pm EST rest of the time my account is works fine.


Google adword customer service has no answer for this.

 

please advise what to do.

CS always keep telling that they need to get in touch with review team. I am not able to understand that if the account really need to be reviewed its should be in review through out the day. Why for same time period everyday and rest of the time it works fine. CS don't have answer for this. They keep telling they are contacting review team.
