"gambling" content USA help?

Oh boy. I had no idea that the site that I am trying to help, www.plussportsllc.com is a problem for AdWords. Yikes. We are a legally registered LLC in Atlantic City, NJ but apparently AdWords policy says no-go. Can anyone recommend changing anything about the site or what we can do to promote? Time is of the essence here because it is football season.

TLDR-2 elderly guys are trying to get clients for their handicapping sports service. They are licensed and registered to do biz, but it looks like AdWords restricts them-is there anything we can do?

If it means promoting offshore AdWords-I don't know but that would be better than nothing. Country recommendations appreciated here. They only need a few good clients anyhow to keep them busy, this is more of a hobby for them but they definitely want to do everything correctly and not violate any policy anywhere.-Thank-you

Hello

This is the Policy for promoting gambling in the US. All other forms of gambling  are not allowed.

It doesn't seem that the business model of your website falls under "state run lottery", hence, it cannot be promoted on Google  (targeting the USA). Smiley Surprised

Product Allowed? Details
Cash games  Not allowed Google doesn't allow advertising for Internet-based games where money or other items of value are paid or wagered in order to win a greater sum of money or other item of value.
Online gambling Allowed with limitations Google allows ads promoting the following online gambling by state-run entities:
  • Lotteries

Advertisers must also be certified with Google. Please see the "How to apply for online gambling" section above for details.

Yes, thank-you I learned that when my ads were disapproved. I'm now looking at other countries AdWords that DO allow this kind of thing? Maybe in the USSR or Cuba they allow sites that are that are not "state run" lol. The UK looked promising but getting certified is tricky--this is not a "gambling"-site per se so there are no big bucks involved to push paperwork etc.

and it was actually this--->"Gambling-related information such as tips, odds, handicapping, and sports picks."

They are offering to help college and professional sport enthusiasts pick winners-they are handicappers, and really many US newspaper sports sections have handicapper's winning picks published. But if AdWords policy does not allow it, they don't allow it (In the US), and I was targeting ALL of my AdWords to the US and of course Vegas, so it was disapproved. Now I'd like to know if it is worthwhile to pursue this for any OTHER counties that Google offers a certificate for.

Gambling-related products include:

Online gambling, sports betting, bingo, lotteries, and online casino games
Gambling-related promotional products such as gambling-related vouchers, bonus codes, etc.
Gambling-related tutoring and educational materials such as books and e-books
Gambling-related software such as gambling software and poker odds calculators
Gambling-related information such as tips, odds, handicapping, and sports picks
Online scratch games run by state, national, or Indian reservations

The new policies are not set in stone yet but posting a link here since the "gambling related" policy does appear to be changing: https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6008942#res
