new account > suspended for billing info> violated adword policy?> canned google responses? HELP

Hi Guys,

i am new to adwords i set up my account (first one ever) last week, then all of a sudden i get the below message:

 

"Your Google AdWords account has been suspended because your billing information in this or a related account could not be verified"

 

so i leave it for a few days hoping that it will go away thinking that google are just double checking my billing information, by the way i have set up 2 credit cards for this account & have allready made a payment & have $10.85 in credit.

so i send Google an email via the contact us link, and hours later i get the below automated response:

*** Please do not respond to this system-generated email. ***

While reviewing your account, we found violations of our AdWords policies in this or a related account. As a result, your account has unfortunately been suspended, and your ads will no longer run on Google.

If you have a prepaid balance remaining in your account, you can request a refund at any time by following the instructions at:http://support.google.com/adwords/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1703646

i have tried multiple times to recontact Google via email and get the same old canned auto response. I have also tried calling them and i get an automated phone system that asks for me to pin in my adword account ID which i do and then it says "sorry that account is suspended" and then hangs up!

 

i am so confused and dumb founded why this is happening is there a google expert or employee that can HELP PLEASE???

Hi Moshe,

 

correct Pankaj has tried to help but to no avail.. i have been left stranded and helpless :-( the website URL is www.sydneysplashbacks.com

 

hope this helps to understand my issue why my account has been suspended so i can work on reversing & fixing any issues, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello again;

I do not see in the content of your site a violation of the Policy;

I will ask Google to re-check the case,

 

Edited: please keep in mind that most of the staff is away for the New Year's break.
