my account are suspended

Hello I submit form to the google team to review my account .

and today i get this 

 

Dear Advertiser, Thank you for your email.

Thank you for your continued patience during this process. Our specialists have re-reviewed your accounts and have determined that our decision is correct and final. As a result, your account, and any related accounts you may have created, have been suspended.

 

 

what i do want is to know why this suspend happen to me 

what are the term i broke on google policy ????????????

 

by the way my billing information are correct and this suspend happen just after i pay with a brand new credit card and i want to reactive my account 

i can provide any kind of information legal  documents any thing google will require .

please if there anyone can help me .. by the way i cant open any new account as the email says so i need to reactive this account

Hello;

Once the account rechecked again and a decision was made, nothing much we can do.

Google does not disclose the reason for the suspension,.

This is weird
Why i cant get the reason that i'm punished for it???
I'm sure that there is misunderstood by Google team and i want to escalate my issue . how i can do so ?

additional i read the Terms of use very carefully and i dont see myself broke any of google policy
