Hi Nama,
First of all, block the publisher in question by adding them as a negative replacement.

Then go here to troubleshoot and report invalid clicks:
https://support.google.com/adwords/troubleshooter/2557048?rd=1

Please note that Google are VERY good at detecting these without publisher interaction.

Hello Namaj

Do you know the URL of that publisher or just the code ?

If you want to use the "Exclude Placements" feature from an AdWords ad group ,or an entire campaign, follow instructions from here : Exclude webpages and sites

I do not know what "Negative replacements" are.... perhaps a limited beta test , not available in my account... Smiley Happy

my researchers found the person who have many sites and blogs where he use this google adsense account id ca-pub-8206039397439835 to earn extra cash via using autosurf traffic sites and fake click system

these are list of sites where this publisher harm not only me there are thousands of advertisers who harmed by this adsense publisher

http://pakfunchat.com

http://pakidreamz.com

http://pakanmol.com

and 10s of other blogs but still we not found the blogs . ca-pub-8206039397439835 this pakistani publisher is very clever to do fraud and scams give money to peoples on facebook to click on ads via proxy system ...but we are still confused why google not take action on this kind of publishers to stop robbing adwords advertisers money.

and one more thing recently the same account google ban adsense of one of his site pakidreamz.com but after a , 2 , 3 days google enable again allow to show ads on that site

All we can do here is to guide you to setup proper exclusions from your Display Campaign, we are other users of AdWords just like yourself. For complaints about fake clicks , start from this page (it leads basically to the same troubleshooter provided in message 2 )

http://www.google.com/ads/adtrafficquality/advertisers/click-investigation-request.html

I tried to search in the Display Planner for those 3 sites and I could not find them, this leads me to ask :

1) When you look in your Ad Groups , after clicking on the "Display Network" tab, then on the Placements Tab, what do you see as Placement, are these sites reported as Anonymous ?

2) What is your targeting in this ad group where you found those sites ? Are you using just Topics and the sites were matched automatically ?

What I think you can do :

A)  you can exclude the entire anonymous placements by adding in the Exclude text box the following :

anonymous.google

B) Another temporary fix is to add those 3 sites as Excluded Placements , but this will help you just enough until you discover other suspicious sites.

C) Since all these sites are dating chat sites, I think you added such Topics as Targeting so to avoid further impressions from such sites you can simply remove from Targeting these Topics :
