identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity

I am Google partner and running adwords services from last 3 years, Now the account are getting suspended with the error message as and  identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts and  i had applied to google about it and they had replied me that it is again my terms and conditions and i shoud not open any further account so in this case what shall i do now

At this time, no amount of changes to your ads/sites/account can be recommended, as the decision to suspend your account is final.

 

While we regret any frustration or disruption this may cause you, providing our users with the highest quality ads is integral to the long-term success of our program. As noted in our advertising Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to refuse ads or suspend ad campaigns when deemed necessary. Account has been temporarily suspended due to suspected unauthorized

We are a full service agency providing service to new and existing client, we also pay on behalf of customers and charge them on monthly basis. so in many accounts we use our own payment net banking while in some accounts client use their own billing, it purely depends on client preference and we give them freedom to enjoy monthly billing.
we also reach out new customers and encourage them to try google adwords for their business module and try to make it work for them and mostly in this case we also use our own credit cards with the promo credit for new business. The MCC 90 days spend is about 100k-200k on average and we only have limited Cards, so we use same net banking on multiple accounts.


I recently got suspension on mutiple accounts with this message

 

Your account is suspended We've identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords account

 

Contact the support and they are not able to solve the problem,submitted the appeal with this ticket number  

[9-5936000002397]  and  0-5897000002586]

 

Can someone get our situation reviewed or at least suggest a solution to avoid future issues with the clients?

 

Also if one account gets suspended (our of many clients, some for policy or whatsoever reason) with our net banking, it doesn't mean that our net banking suppose to go black list, its the CLIENT Account which got suspended, our card is to support the billing only and are also running on other client accounts

 

Help is needed and appreciated.

But the question is that why my all new account are getting suspended with same error message, if my all the account get suspended then how can i do business. 

 

How do i stop his suspendeding of account in my new accounts.

 

Note :when ever i am creating a new acount in my mcc it is getting suspended that is my problem.

Hello John,

Thanks for your information but this is not a new thing for me as i always hear the same from google support, i unable to understand how do i run my adwords agency now.

All account in my mcc are getting suspended one by one with same error message. so is there any solution for this or i have to close my adwords services ( agency ) even google support there are not telling me how to resolve this issue in the mcc account.

is there any separate customer care for Google agency ( google partners ) if so pls tell me how do i contact them.
