Hi Mubashir,
That's a good question and a valid concern.
First of all, there's no way within AdWords to check the history of a website. You can check on (*/ ) to see if there was anything major but in general, I wouldn't worry about it.

I'd be more concerned about your existing site. Have a ready of the mini AdWords site policy starter guide here:

There's a very high risk that your site will be seen by Google as an information harvesting site. See here for more details:

I'd highly recommend that you read and understand all AdWords site policies before diving into AdWords. In particular, I'd look at your business model and how collecting personally identifiable information fits in with it. Especially seeing that you have no SSL cert to protect a user's data, you have no privacy policy telling the user what you're doing with their data and there is absolutely no obvious reason why you would want that info in the first place to provide the service you are claiming to offer.

Rule number 1 in AdWords, think of your site visitor first.

Let me know if you would like me to go into more detail.

In addition to Dave's answer - to avoid any "confusion" about the goal of the site (to rent cars), add a privacy policy, that would clearly state, the email provided by users is not sold / bartered to any third party.
