Good day to all,

 

My adwords account was suspeneded yesterday 24th June. initially the messgae in my account was that my account has been suspended due to "billing verification issue".

 

After writing to Adwords support team I have has the following responses which have been copied below in the order I have recievded them:

 

Dear Advertiser,

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords  account.

We’d like to let you know that your account is currently under review and  we’re prioritizing this over other issues you may have written to us about.  Our Specialists already know about this issue, and an investigation is  underway. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to  verify billing information. We'll send you an update after the  investigation is complete, typically within three business days.

Once we provide you with an update, please feel free to reply to this email  if you have any questions regarding your AdWords account or contact us  through http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/request.py.

I tried to see if I can get any guideance as regards what the issue may be with my account and what has caused the suspension, but as can be seen in the replies above from the Adwords representative I have no joy in finding that or being put on the right path in order to resolve my issue by fixing what ever is causing the suspension of my account.

 

All my ads and keywords are approved, no issue with URL or site policy, my billing information is all correct and no problems with that either.

 

So I really am a stuck as what I need to do as I have digged deep to find the reason but can not identify any myself.

 

Greatly appreciate any help I ould get from any community member please.

Hi Parvis,

The problem is with your website; The main home page is under construction http://amkomobile.com/home/

and the subdoamin http://wap.amkomobile.com is a mobile website. Which looks spammy to me. It contain ads only no content at all also I am not able to see what this website is all about.

Please try to make a decent website first. And also go through this article too https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/1316548?hl=en-GB

I wonder if anyone in the community can shed some light as my issue with my Adwords account.

 

I have just logged in to my acocunt to notice that my account has been suspended because;

 

"Your account is suspended because your billing information can't be verified."

 

I am not sure whay this is as i have two of my own debit cards regsitered with Adwords, one as my primary and the other as my back up payment modes.

 

Both cards are registered to my name as are linked to my bank accounts which are also in my name, the billing address I have registered with Adwords is as it is with my bank statements.

 

so all information as rehards to my billing is in order and I have always kept up with my payments and never defaulted with any payments for my account. In fact I periodically go into my account making manual payments to bring my balance in order.

 

So really shocked and suprised as to why my account has been suspended.

 

Can any one help answer me please and how I sort out my issue. I tried to use the chat service to conatct support but that has now been disabled in my account and I can not even chat with a Google representative to reoprt my issue.

What is the violation my billing information is all in order and i am up to date with all my payments and no default what so ever.

I am baffled, In my account now I have a red banner at the top saying;

"Your account is suspended - We've identified suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorised activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts".

I only have one account with adwords so not sure what they mean by other adwords accounts?

So how do I go about trying to resolve this as it really does not make any sense...

As per the email you have received, it looks like AdWords support is pretty sure about the suspicious activity happened around payment related concern in your account and their decision is final.

Thank you again Pankaj for your prompt response.

However I do not see any suspicious activity around my payment, all the payments have been made by myself and although my account is a post paid account with a credit limit of $500, I often go into my account and make manual payments to reduce my balance. Sometimes i can be making two manual payments per day when my accounts is reaching my credit limit in order to keep everything in order and not go over my limit.

so how can I resolve this with Adwords so they know that there is nothing wrong will any suspicious activity as regards to my billing. Surly I would more concerned than adwords if I felt my debit cards have been compromised.

Any other guidance please?

Apologies for posting once again regarding my suspension issue, however I am a little confused as why my account has been suspended.

I have looked into my account and I can not identify any policy violations and my billing details is all correct and my account has not been compromised.

This looks like a automated message, with no indication of what the policy violation is.

Can any one help me identify what really is the issue, I am sure if any it can be fixed as I do all possible at all times to stay with in the policy guidelines set by Google.
