what happens when the disapproval is an error? one of our ads was originally flagged, then this was rectified, and ad was approved. It ran for a few hours, and now is disapproved again- with original reason. But this has been unequivocally resolved- so why the continued disapproval?
I spoke on the telephone to someone following the disapproval, and they confirmed it should fine and that they "are looking at my account now, and it seems ok. We will restore the ad." Then a few hours later disapproved again.
The original reason was pertaining to a product listing, which doesn't exist anymore... could it be that the Googlebot algorithm is crawling or reviewing an archived or cached version of the website ? Even after it had been re-approved?
So frustrating when tech fails, and the only people you can speak to on the phone are not highly knowledgeable about Adwords - the very product that they're representatives for.
Anyone had similar experiences, and how to fix it?
(There's also an ongoing issue with robots.txt which is another story, but again, the Googlebot technology is extremely sluggish and inefficient. Sigh)

Is the ad disapproved? The site disabled or the account suspended?
If site or account suspended:
What was the reason for suspension mentioned in the email received from Google? (Look for this email - it is the key for understanding the issue)
