dental implants

Hi,

I am trying to get my ad off the ground but no luck, initially had implants,experienced oral surgeon,whitening as some keywords, now just have dental implants,advanced restorative care and sedation as keywords, but still not approved.Any help grateful.Also if my ad not approved how come I got billed for 2 clicks?

Best advice is to call Google Support, because no one here can see your account, the details, the landing pages etc. and there could be multiple reasons, therefor a call to Support can clarify and answer your questions specif to your account

On the top right hand side of your account in the gear box drop down will your local support numbers. You will need your Account ID and login email address when you call, to verify. If you don't see it, Login to your account but them click here

Hi Andrew,

Could you please explain more on the issue. Are your ads disapproved or they are still under review? If you have recently added these ads and they are pending approval then you should wait for few days (Google says 3 working days). Also these being medical terms, you should click the "request for exception" checkbox (if not already done):

Moreover, the keywords like sedation, could violate the advertising policies. Kindly look at that.
