allowed to advertise to sales page?
Hi! It says "You aren't allowed to run interest-based advertising campaigns that collect personally identifiable information (PII) including, but not limited to, email addresses, telephone numbers, and credit card numbers" and since I'm swedish with only descent english, I just want to make sure I understand it correctly. Does it mean I am NOT allowed to advertise a sales page that will ask them to click a button that directs the visitor to a paypal payment page (where I of course collect either credit card info or paypal account through paypal)?
If I understood the scenario you are saying that you want to promote your product based website and you will be asking for personal identifiable info (which is obvious) when the users opt for purchasing your product on either paypal page or some other way. Let me know if that's the case here.

Hope that helps!
Nice to see someone who reads the policy, before starting to advertise... (Not many do so...)

This is obviously NOT your intent, hence the following applies to your site:
- SSL requirement: Websites that are not harvesting information from users, but that collect sensitive personal information (such as bank details and credit card numbers) must use a secure processing server (https://) when collecting this information. AdWords policy requires the following information to be transmitted securely over an SSL (https ) connection:
