Few days ago i got a mail about my adwords accounts suspended for violation adwords rules. But i am totally confused how i violate the rules even i didn't start any campaign.I am just add $10 in my adwords account and start learning how to start a campaign from YouTube. So i am totally confused how i violates the policy.
