Hi Pol.
You're running an ecommerce website and you're breaking pretty much every rule in the book.

I'd start here: http://adwords.blogspot.ie/2011/05/upcoming-adwords-policy-changes-to.html

It's important to understand that to advertise on AdWords, when collecting a users personal and financial information, you need several things. Among them and SSL cert, a privacy policy and contact details. None of which you have.

Perhaps you're looking at the wrong policies?
