Hello AdWords Advertiser,

Your AdWords account has been suspended because it doesn't comply with our Advertising Policies and our AdWords Terms and Conditions. Please note that this means your account and any related accounts have been suspended, you can't create any new accounts, and your ads will no longer run on Google, our search partners, or on Display Network placements.

If this is an error, we want to get your account back up and running as quickly as possible, and your Google team is here to help. Here's the account:

I called and spoke to multiple people at Google through the week and not one person can tell me what the issue is, just eh same canned answer.

when my account was suspended I had even taken my website down 1 month prior and had not been advertising but it was suspended and keep in mind my account was setup with the assistance of a google employee that did weekly calls with me since I was a new customer and I still have all the emails from her. She literally created my adds and grouped the keywords for the right ads and everything.

I started a new company after I closed my previous website for other reasons then google and I decided to give adwords a shot again so I just replaced my old site with my new site on the account and called Google to make sure that everything was in compliance and to have the suspension lifted. The ladie I spoke with reviewed my site and asked me to add a physical address and make sure pricing was clear on the site, I did this on the spot and she said it looks good.

I waited a few days and heard nothing back so I figured ok since ive never even advertised with this new website ill just create a fresh account and start from scratch.

So I started the account and it was pending initial review, within 2 days I get the notice of suspension and I call in and am told I am permantley suspended from adwords for violating advertising policy or user safety !!!!! hahaha I ask the person how did I violate user safety or ad policy if I have never advertised this site one time or spent one penny with ad words and I was told by a Google employee my site was up to googles standards. Well this lady had no clue what to say and could tell me nothing, she just repeated the canned answer and hung the phone up on me.

It appears after reading alot on the net that Google is suspending or banning all of the smaller guys in certain business fields and not messing with the larger spenders at all. I have many examples id be happy to share.

Regarding your original question about your account suspension, an AdWords Support specialist sent you a message recently that your account is currently going under review and that within 24 hours, you should receive a status update. Please continue to work with this specialist to get your account suspension resolved. If you do not hear back from the specialist within the 24 hours indicated, feel free to let me know.

I spoke to someone at google today after this email and I was told it is a permanent suspension and I can not open another ad word account or advertise with google.

Keep in mind I never advertised with google with my website ever and I had the website cleared by someone at google who said everything looked perfect on it.

There is no longer any specialist helping me at all or anyone trying to help me resolve this situation that can very well be a factor when it comes to me staying in business and that is scary considering I was not even given a chance to advertise or told what I need to change.

Hi Roger,

Normally once an account has been set to permanent suspension there is no longer any recourse to change the status. However based upon what you've posted and the information I've reviewed on your account, I've asked one of senior AdWords Support members to verify if there's any errors in your Account or information that you furnished that may have lead to error in your suspension. I can't make any promises but I will let you know if there's any changes. Please wait for my reply. Thanks.

Thank you, I hope that someone can help as google ad words are my main advertising form.
I am happy to modify my site in anyway possible, it should also be noted that I also do local on site computer repairs at my place of business in sandy, Utah as well as remote repairs for clients. As I said in the last post I never actually advertised with ad words I only called in to google to make sure that my website was up to standards before I actually ran any campaign and then I was suspended =(

I am open to change anything that is needed on my site to be able to use the service.

If I compare my site to companies such as Itok.net Iyogi and others that are still using adwords with no issues it appears then its confusing for sure since I offer services that are the same and my website is not missing anything that they have. I also have not run a campaign yet for my site so it could only be that there is something on my site I need to change?

It is against the Adwords policies to start a second Google Adwords account.

It was for a new business that needed a new account. But that isn't relevant since the account was suspended prior.

My  account just got suspended, but i dont know why because all accounts are been suspended for financial reason. I would like to fix my account, i need your help. Thanks
