account suspended suddently

Dear Team,

 

My customer id is: [edited by Community Manager].

Last Friday, I my account was suspended with the reason as following:"Your account is suspended - We've had to suspend your AdWords account because it contains major or repeated violations of our advertising policies."

 

Normally, when my ads have any problems, Google just stop these ads, then I fixed by suggested instructions and keep running the ads. But, now all ads were stopped without any warning first. This caused big trouble on my business. 

 

I tried to fixed and deleted all disapproved ad, but my account is still suspended.

 

What should I do now? I did fixed but is it enough? What I should do more? I don't know exactly what I did wrong, If I knew, I didn't do that for sure.  Nobody takes a company at risk just because of small ad.

 

Please help as soon as possible. My whole company is waiting for Google's acceptance the ad account.

Thanks for writing to the Community, however I have removed your customer ID number from your post as per our posting guidelines.

Have you contacted the AdWords Support team and spoken to an Online Specialist about this issue? The Community team does not have access to your account.

Without details, and being able to see your account we would not be able to give you the accurate answer. Please contact the Support team, and they will have the full details for you.

After fixing the disapproved ads, I already contacted the Adwords Support team. Maybe they have been being too busy, my ads still have not approved.
