Wrong Pricing

The Merchant Account Feed has an advertiser (whom I won't name) selling Flooring priced at the 'per square metre' price yet when I try to buy from them at this price, their shop (A 'Google Certified Shop' no less) only lets the customer buy a minimum of one box (containing 2.5 sq. m) so it is impossible to buy the item at the prices shown in the feed. What is Google's policy on this?

for flooring specifically, the submitted price may be the
price per unit or the total price for the minimum number
of items sold.

for most all other types of products, the price for
the minimum number of items sold is required.
