Why was my account suspended?
The notices I received from Google sais the account was suspended for nonpayment of advertising charges. But 2 accounts were fuly paid. Two other Adwords accounts only been created that morning, yet I received the same notice -- pay your outstanding balance, but those accounts had not outstanding balance. How can I prove payment on an account that has no charges? I have read and re-read the advertising policies and can find no violations Can you help me or direct me to someone who can? I have called Google and they only offer to send me the appeal form -- which I have already submitted. How can I find out why these accounts have been suspended?
Second question, on the 2 accounts that were fully paid, I have the bank account statement ready to send to Google but the no-reply email they sent me asking for the bank statement provided no method to send the bank statement, neither an email address to send it to or a fax number. How do I send the bank statements to Google?
I help clients create Adwords accounts. I recently created a 2 new Adwords accounts for 2 of my clients and a few days ago I created the first campaigns for those accounts. Within one hour I received an email from Google that my account had been suspended for unpaid advertising costs. After sending a Contact Form to Google asking for an explanation for the suspension since no charges had yet been incurred. I received a no-reply email asking me to send proof of payment, i.e., bank statement. But how can I prove I paid for charges when there have been no charges yet?
At the time that the above accounts were suspended, I had 2 other Adword accounts running for 2 other clients, as well as my own Adwords account. The other 2 accounts were also suspended for non payment despite the fact that I have been sending manual payments each morning so the balances would not get too big since clients have to reimburse me for payment made out of my bank account. I have the bank statement ready to send to Google that shows those accounts have been paid, but Google's instructions contained no method to send the statement, neither an email address to send it to or a fax number to send it to. How can I send proof of payment to Google? I have searched the Contact page but no method available to send the bank statement. Can you help me or direct me to someone who can?
