It is common for your account to go under review if you are a new customer. I wouldn't be able to give you specifics as I do not have access to your account. If you contact the AdWords Support team, an Online Specialist would be able to look into your account for you.
If you are seeing your new ads go under review for longer than 24 hours, again, I would suggest that you contact the support team. We do try to have all ads reviewed within 24 hours.
