Why is my ad dissaproved for "Unacceptable business practices"- Im advertising legitimate business?

Hi my ad has stopped showing on Google recently and I got an email saying it was because of "Unacceptable business practices", however my entire business is basically to just advertise for another business. Not sure if you've ever heard of Zeek Rewards or not but basically you get rewarded If you advertise for this business. So here I am trying my best to advertise on google then they tell me it's unacceptable!!?! I don't get it this is a rock-solid 14 year old business, nothing false or tricky or deceptive or illegal about it! There is even a disclaimer on both the video which is on the landing page, and also a disclaimer on the site linking to the video. This is the landing page site when people click on my ad: www.yougetpaidtoadvertise.com/simbapro/Webinar.aspx

and in case your wondering what "SimbaPro" is, that is my user name for this business. The disclaimer is near the very end of the video. Now here is the site linking from the video (once you click on the green yes button): https://www.zeekrewards.com/securesignup.asp?UserName=simbapro&enrollmenttype=diamond

basically that page is where they sign up under me once they understand the business model from the video. So could I please get an answer to this question, because it really is very frustrating that this is happening because I am also paying a monthly subscription for the www.yougetpaidtoadvertise.com video's. HINT: I am paying money for the video so I can advertise it and people will watch it, understand the business model, and finally join, but as you can see Google is pretty much destroying my business, and it really is very frustrating because it seems like they choose a random adwords users (me) to bash around and call frauds when there really is no proof, basis or logic behind their dissaproval decision.

Thanks for understanding.

Hi ANutter,

As i think your  "Unacceptable business practices" is that on your landing page there is only one Links of different domain ans as i conclude that you are promoting two domains through single ad which is not acceptable.

Hope this help !

Regards

-Vicky

Hello ANutter;

I understand that your ads were not approved, however, your account was NOT suspended.- Could you confirm that? (If the account was suspended - it should be clearly said in an email)

  • What was in the email you received?
  • Could you share with us the text of the unapproved ads?

Third Email:

Dear Advertiser,

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your AdWords account. It appears that you have some questions about why your ads aren't showing. We checked your account and found that it's currently under review by our specialists. In an effort to provide the best experience for our users and advertisers, some accounts are submitted for review to ensure that they comply with our policies. Your ads won't show during this time, but they'll automatically be eligible to show again as soon as our review is complete.

Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the disruption to your ad delivery.

Sincerely,

The Google AdWords Team

Fourth Email:

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for your patience. I am Subharaj here from the Google AdWords Team and I will be glad to help you out today.

I am sorry that our earlier automated response did not address the concern about your site www.yougetpaidtoadvertise.com/simbapro/Webinar.aspx. The reason for this is because your entire account was under review and therefore our system prioritized this over your question. However, I am glad to inform you that the account review is complete and therefore I am going to personally address your query now.

I checked the site and I totally agree with you. This site does not look like a bridge page at all but the site does look to be in potential violation of our User Safety policy for unclear business model. To get more details on this, I've submitted an evaluation request for your landing page to our specialist team who will re-review the site. I will write back to you with an update as soon as I hear from them.\

In the meantime, you can find links to additional information about our advertising policies and landing page guidelines here

I appreciate your patience during the review, Andrew!

Sincerely,

Subharaj

How am I promoting 2 domains? It's simply there for their convenience to click on if a customer feels the need to join. This is an excellent pitch page for an Internet Marketer! Try this go on google.com, type "books", click on the amazon.com ad on google. Now on the landing page at the very bottom there is over 20 links to different domains and yet it's fine for them to have an ad and not me!? Even though the yes button is linking to a different site, it is there for them to join under me at zeekrewards.com (as explained in the video). Which makes more sense 1. Have a yes button for the customers convenience to click on and instantly take them to the sign up page, or 2. Hope the customer finds my personal page (www.simbapro.zeekrewards.com), remembers their sponsor's name (SimbaPro), then click on the Join tab? By that time they probably either got sidetracked or are on a different sponsors page, or simply lost.

Hello again ANutter;

Thanks for sharing the emails you received from google. I would appreciate if you edit your posts and remove any personal information (CID)

  1. I am not quite following the "two domains argument"? Are you promoting these two domains using two separate AdWords accounts?
  2. I do agree with the Google Rep who answered you. I looked at the site: the business model in not quite clear. Even one of the video says the that "it sounds too good to be true". I think that Google wants to verify that the business model described fits well into the user safety guidelines section of the Policy.

We'll have to wait and see what would be the outcome of the review process.

Answer to #1: No, I only have 1 adwords account and I only have 1 ad for www.yougetpaidtoadvertise.com, and a link to www.zeekrewards.com where they sign up.

Answer #2: True Google may not understand the business, but there is a distributor compiance course created (which I have taken) by a top attorney MLM Attorney Kevin Grimes ofGrimes and Reese and Bonefant & Weinberg – SEC and MLM Attorneys hired to cover all Securities and Exchange Commission compliance as well as Howard Kaplan – Tax Attorney and IRS Specialist to handle all tax compliance... so I really don't feel like this business is fishy or illegal, but I can understand Google's concern I guess.

And do you have an idea of how long the review process could take?

Thanks

@ANutter;

The review process is usually completed within a couple of days.  If you don't get an answer within a 4-5 business days, contact Google again.
