Why does Google accept banners with sound on Youtube videos?
I recently stumbled upon a very irritating banner on YouTube while listening to some music. The banner itself is ok but in the middle of its loop has an embedded irritating sound. And is that something that Google is ok with? The banner runs on a Greek campaign called ΙΕΚ ΞΥΝΗ and a target video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZTo6qYTXq0

No, embedded sound is not allowed.
"We do not accept pop-ups, expandable ads, floating ads, or any ads with uninitiated audio. "
Unfortunately, for me, there is no ads on that video (I'm not in the target audience). Next time you see it, you should report it here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/176378?hl=en
There's nothing more annoying than an ad that does this but in fairness to Google, they do a pretty good job at keeping the majority of them at bay.
