Why New Account Suspended
Google suspended my new account because I violated their terms and services! What????
I can't figured out what I violated as I haven't even launched 1 campaign! I haven't started anything, and they suspended my account!
All my information is real, my credit card is real, my website is legitimate!
As big as Google is, it has a horrible customer service! I used to respect and admire Google, that has all changed!!! Thanks for nothing!
Re: Why New Account Suspended
Thanks for your posting. If you like, I am posting the steps to request for a review of reconsideration of your suspended Ads and/or Account:
1. FIX YOUR WEBSITE
In order to fix this issue, first you'll have to make changes to your website to ensure that the following quality guidelines are met:
2. VERIFY YOUR WEBSITE
Once you've addressed the issues on your website so that they follow our quality guidelines, the next thing you should do is get your website verified by Google. You can do this through your Google Webmaster account:
1. Sign into Google Webmaster Tools with your Google account athttps://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
2. Click the "Add a site" button, and type the URL of the site you want to add. Make sure you type the entire URL, such as http://www.example.com/
3. Click "Continue." The Site verification page opens.
4. (Optional) In the Name box, type a name for your site (for example, "My Blog").
5. Select the verification method you want, and follow the instructions.
3. REQUEST ANOTHER REVIEW
Once you've fixed your site and verified it, now you can submit your site for reconsideration and get it reviewed again.
Lastly check this link for a good thread discussion on Disapproved Ads on:https://www.en.adwords-community.com/t5/Ad-Approvals-and-Advertising/Ad-Disapproved-5-Quick-Tricks-T...
I hope this information helps.
Re: Why New Account Suspended
There are several reason why your new account may have been suspended.
Sometimes it may even be out of your control. For instance, sometimes depending on the industry or niche your keywords and your website is targeting... Google's system automatically flags new accounts. I have several clients in the personal finance / lending industry where this happens. The reason why the system automatically flags an account is because they are operating in an niche that Google has labeled 'High-Risk'... and the automatic flag is designed to notify Google to have a manual reviewer review the account first to make sure everything is okay before they are allowed to run.
Some of the high-risk industries where I've seen this happen for my clients include:
- Loan Industry
- Affiliates (Make Money Online)
I don't know what industry you are targeting... but if you would like to get a 2nd opinion from an independent authority on Google AdWords Policy compliance... just let me know and we can take a closer look at your situation.
