What can I do about a company (competitor) using my trade name in their Google ad?

My company name (trade name) and goodwill is being used by a competitor in a Google Ad to attract potential clients to their website. Attempts to reason with this competitor have fallen on deaf ears.  We have had to take legal action.  What recourse do I have from Google?  Who do I contact at Google?

@Doug D

Is your trade name shown within the ad-text? Google will take action only if the trade name is used within the ad-text.

Here is a Trademark Compliant Form you can fill out and have Google examine: https://services.google.com/inquiry/aw_tmcomplaint

Yes, they used my trade name and goodwill in their ad. They have since
taken it down after our lawyer sent them a cease and desist letter. I
couldn't find where I could contact Google to complain about this.

Thank you!
