Websites suspended in Adwords

Hi,

I have encountered this strange error.

My website: https://www.excelapp.sg, is created to promote our Excel Consulting Services.

It has been running fine for one year, and suddenly, the website was blocked by Google Chrome, marking as Phishing site.

The site was created using Joomla V3.6

After many trying and testings, I found out this:

  1. For the same page, if I visit using https://www.excelapp.sg/contact-us, it is ok. But if visiting using https://www.excelapp.sg/index.php/contact-us, then it will immediately trigger Google Chrome's RED alarm.

    I cannot explain why, but any way, I re-config the site to remove all index.php links.

  2. Now, back to Adwords acct, I have updated all the links to remove "index.php" from the links, but all the ads are disapproved either Phishing, or Malware. Scanned the website with various tools, it is clean.

Please offer some advise on this, if anyone has some experiences on this.

Hi there;
What was the reason for suspension mentioned in the email received from Google? (Look for this email - it is the key for understanding the issue)

Well. It was not very clear. It said the site has possible malware.

Scanner with various tools, there was no malware.

The only thing so far I figured out, was the "index.php". Without "index.php" in the URL, no error, otherwise Google Chrome will report "Deceptive".

It could some scanning mistake in the system.
