Website suspended

Can anyone help me to understand why my website is suspended??  The original email stated that it was due to Spam Techniques.  I am a painter and only am trying to let the local people know I am here.  I don't like spam so therefore I would not do anything to create spam for others.

Could not having a Meta Tag or Analytics code be a sole reason for suspention under the "SPAM TECHNIQUES"?  If so I have added the Analytics code and still can't even get my site verified.

www.paintmasters.org is my website.  Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!

I would greatly appreciate it but must tell you that i have contacted google several times and all i keep getting in return is the link to the policies.... You are the actual 3rd person who told me that my website should not have been suspended and that things would be escalated to a higher level. I even resubmitted and still got denied. Do I go ahead and resubmit for a 3rd time? I just don't want them to end up blocking me from using adwords and having my website up in google. I don't know how many times I am allowed to resubmit.... This is becoming extremely upsetting at this point. If there is something specific that I am missing I wish someone would tell me! Please don't refer me to the policies as most of that stuff is like reading a foreign language to me. I need specifics.

The case was escalated to Google's policy specialist for a recheck. Please wait until we hear back from Google. This could take a few dsys.

Will you hear back or will I just get an email? This is an email I received yesterday...

I understand that you have some concerns around the recent suspension of your website due to violations of our Webmaster Guidelines.

To protect the safety and security of our users and your customers, we don't allow websites that violate our Webmaster Guidelines. To review this policy, please see: http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/bin/answer.py?answer=50424.

Below you'll find the steps to fix this issue and get your ads up and running.

====================================
1. FIX YOUR WEBSITE
====================================

In order to fix this issue, first you'll have to make changes to your website to ensure that the following quality guidelines are met:

Quality guidelines
http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769&#3

====================================
2. VERIFY YOUR WEBSITE
====================================

Once you've addressed the issues on your website so that they follow our quality guidelines, the next thing you should do is get your website verified by Google. You can do this through your Google Webmaster account:

1. Sign into Google Webmaster Tools with your Google account at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/.

2. Click the "Add a site" button, and type the URL of the site you want to add. Make sure you type the entire URL, such as "http://www.example.com/."

3. Click "Continue." The Site verification page opens.

4. (Optional) In the Name box, type a name for your site (for example, "My Blog").

5. Select the verification method you want, and follow the instructions.

====================================
3. REQUEST ANOTHER REVIEW
====================================

Once you've fixed your site and verified it, now you can submit your site for reconsideration and get it reviewed again.

Request reconsideration
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration

Our team of specialists will then review your site. If they find that it complies with our guidelines, they'll enable it for Google search, and your site will automatically be re-enabled for your AdWords account.

The AdWords support team is unable to provide further information regarding this violation. We encourage you to post any webmaster-related questions in our Webmaster Central Help Forum: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters.

Thanks for your cooperation. Good luck with your site!

Sincerely,

The Google AdWords Team

Google will reply here. Please wait patiently until we hear from a Policy specialist. (In this thread, or through a communication channel we have with Google).

OK;

Google replied that your website is indeed in violation of the webmaster guidelines.

Use the webmaster tools along with  the assistance of your site programmer, to identify / pinpoint  the issues in violation, and  fix them.

Once fixed - you could resubmit the site for  a recheck;
