Hi there,

I am a newbie and just created a new site for portrait painting www.painting-from-photo.com but immediately have been suspended for 'spam' and I have no idea why. I went through everything so if anyone can shed light on thsi I would be vrey grateful!

UPDATE: Think I may have found the problem. The link to the Terms & Conditions on the home page did not work, and went nowhere - is this probably the issue? (now fixed)

Hello,

We're emailing again to alert you that one or more of your sites violate our advertising policies. Please understand that any additional violations will result in the suspension of your AdWords account

How this affects your account:

Unfortunately, if you violate our policies again, your ads from this account and any related accounts won't be able to run and you won't be able to open any new AdWords accounts. You can read more about AdWords' suspension policies at http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/164786?hl=en_GB&utm_source=policy&utm_medium=email&ut...

What you can do to prevent your account from being suspended:

1. Make the necessary changes to your sites listed here that currently violate our policies:

Display URL(s):
painting-from-photo.com

Here are some instructions for reviewing the policy, fixing your site, and then resubmitting it to us: http://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704383?hl=en_GB&utm_source=policy&utm_medium=email&utm_cam... Please note that pausing or deleting an ad or ad group that advertises a suspended site will not fix the violation, and your account would still be at risk of being suspended until the issue with your site is resolved.

2. Review our advertising policies to make sure that all of your ads and sites comply with them: http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy?hl=en_GB&utm_source=policy&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=fw.

If you believe that there's been an error, we want to help. Contact us by visiting https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/8206?contact=1&hl=en_GB&utm_source=policy&utm_medium=email... (you'll see our available support channels and hours listed there).

Yours Sincerely,

The Google AdWords Team

Hello,

We wanted to alert you that one of your sites violates our advertising policies. Therefore, we won't be able to run any of your ads that link to that site, and any new ads pointing to that site will also be disapproved.

Here's what you can do to fix your site and hopefully get your ad running again:

1. Make the necessary changes to your site that currently violates our policies:

Display URL: painting-from-photo.com

Policy issue: Spam techniques
Details & instructions: http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/50424?hl=en_GB&utm_source=policy&utm_medium=email&utm...

2. Resubmit your site to us, following the instructions in the link above. If your site complies with our policies, we can approve it to start running again.

Repeated violations of our advertising policies could result in a suspension of your AdWords account, so it's important to address any issues as soon as possible by reviewing our policies. To learn more about AdWords suspension policies, please visit http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/164786?hl=en_GB&utm_source=policy&utm_medium=email&ut...

Well..there could be a number of reasons;
First, I have found that payment transaction is NOT SSL secured;
My other question: is this an affiliate site ?

No it is not an affiliate site, I am the supplier. Secondly the payments go through Paypal so surely they should be secured?
