HI
Having a hardtime getting my site unblocked/un-suspended. After Speaking to support, I've been informed that google cant access the website from India, but I dont remember ever putting in a region block or country block on the website. Also being the webmaster of my site I have double checked if that is the case but couldent find anything blocking it. Any information would be appreciated.

Website address is www.speedlinetaxi.com

generally, a site must be able to respond fast enough,
with proper response-codes and identical content, for
all google's crawl requests and all google crawlers,
at all times -- accessing a site from in a browser,
or at some specific time, is typically not enough.

in this case, the best likely course would be to begin by verifying

all dns related entries and all related responses and response-times,

possibly with help from the hosting-company's support organization.

Also having had a look at the website stats, it seems that the website is being accsessed throughout the world including India. Yet the google tech said he could not. What could be causing the issue?

Rang support and its still blocked/down. Used the below link to see if the website was available around the world and it was. What else could be wrong?

first, you're welcome.

any such change may sometimes take 72-hours or so to propagate.

also, that test does not necessarily indicate response-times or
if the data being returned is identical for all users -- at all times.

currently, google's page-speed test shows a failing grade.

the best likely course would be to simply wait 72-hours and
then contact google directly and ask for a more specific list
of possible issues that google may still be seeing.
