Hello,

I am setting a campaign for a NGO. In Poland we can choose what organization should get 1% of our tax. Therefore a lots of people search for "1% tax", "tax 1%" etc. While this is true and reports show in Adwords it is, i can not set a keywords including % since it's a prohibited character. So my question is there any way to target such phrases?

Hmm... I think organic also ignores the % symbol, but let ping one of our search specialists;

Yes @MosheTLV is correct. The % sign is not recognized in a search query and is dropped as "stop word or symbol".

From and AdWords perspective I would spell out, percentage, use as broad match or modified broad match to capture the close varients. Test it.
