Using Adwords templates and being banned

I have a client that is looking to create a product that uses adwords templates and substitutes in product names to fill out each add along with automating keywords to get to product pages.

1.  If a product name causes the template to have bad grammer on a lot of adds can that lead to an account suspension?

2.  Would having a few campaigns with multiple ads that had poor grammer be enough to trigger a suspension/banning or would we be given the option to resubmit them?

Hi lgleasain and welcome,

AdWords does have a spelling and grammer policy so you would need to be careful as it could have the potential for disapprovals, domain disabling or account suspension if the policy is breached multiple times.

I'm not too sure what the triggers are for this policy but it would be best (if possible) to have someone scan the ads before they were submitted. Is this not an option?
