No, you can't...Keywords can't contain any non-standard characters like: ! @ % , * \

Use of forward Slash in Keyword
Special characters are ignored by Google's search engine, so even if you for example search for my query/widget
Google will replace special characters with a space.
So the above query in bold will be my query widget
So the below will all match the original with forward slash query string
[my query widget]
"my query widget"
+my +query +widget
